These Terms apply to consumers located within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless expressly agreed in writing.
- Orders & Contract Formation
By placing an order in our shop, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order via email.
- Prices & Payment
All prices are indicated in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include applicable taxes (where required).
Payment must be made using the payment options available at checkout. Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.
- Shipping & Delivery
We deliver only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Delays caused by local carriers or authorities are beyond our control.
- Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of our products (surprise packages), returns are generally not accepted once the package has been opened.
Unopened packages may be returned within 7 days of delivery at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be processed once the goods have been received and inspected.
- Liability
We are liable only for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers or authorities.

- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
